Ultra-Turrax® (UTX): Ultra-Turrax® disperser vial with steel beads and sterile biomolecular water in double unit packaging: excellence in peri-analytical OAI… to optimise diagnosis. It is an innovative, single-use, ready-to-use solution for transporting, crushing and storing samples

Our production unit LABELIANS has been recognized by laboratories for the impeccable quality of its products for several decades. In particular, we produce Medical Devices (MD) and In Vitro Diagnostic Devices (IVD) by thermoplastic injection and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) vials.
We master the regulatory requirements – CE marking (European Directives 93/42/EEC (June 1993) amended by Directive 2007/47/EC, 98/79/EEC…).
Our production unit LABELIANS is a member of the FrenchFab and is surrounded by the material and development expertise of the IPC (Industrial Technical Centre for Plastics and Composites).
We are a partner of choice for the deployment of your plastic DM-DIVs. We support your projects throughout the entire development cycle:
- Understanding of your needs and drafting of specifications (analysis, specifications and documented project management)
- Design and prototyping and material research in collaboration with the IPC up to the production of small series
- Packaging and labelling (customised design, transport test, sterile packaging) – Quality assurance and documentation of related tests – Product life cycle management – Logistics (through our international distribution centre in Pannes, Loiret)
